  • all prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

  • GST is included where applicable

  • prices may change without notice

Images and descriptions are indicative only and minor variations may occur in printed merchandise.

Payments on the Website are processed securely through Stripe via the Squarespace platform.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • all payment details supplied are accurate

  • you are authorised to use the payment method

  • you accept Stripe’s processing terms

CHEEK CAFE does not store credit card details.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier performance.

We are not responsible for delivery delays outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Your rights to returns and refunds are governed by Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to an appropriate remedy if goods supplied:

  • are faulty

  • are not as described

  • fail to meet acceptable quality standards

Change-of-mind refunds may be offered at our discretion.
